I haven't managed to find out much history about the Church, so if anyone knows any please let me know and I will add it to the cache page. Thorrington Church is dedicated to St. Mary Magdalen, and is still in regular use. It has a nave, chancel, and north aisle, and a tower built of brick and stone, and containing five bells. It was rebuilt or extensively repaired in 1477. Work is currently underway to restore the tower.
