Klenkes 2014 im Würselener Stadtwald
am 06.09.2014 ab 09:30 Uhr ist es wieder soweit.
Dieses Jahr findet das Klenkes-Event auf dem Grillplatz im Würselener Stadtwald statt. Hier gibt es:
- Eine Grillhütte
- Einen Grill
- Spielplatz für die Kinder
- Viel Platz und ausreichend Sitzplätze
Das Einzige was ihr neben eurem Grillgut und Getränken selber mitbringen müsst, sind Teller und Besteck sowie gute Laune.

Caches zum Event
Ach ja, natürlich darf man auch Caches suchen (und finden)! Hierzu brauchen wir eure Mithilfe: Wer einen Cache zum Event legen möchte, der melde sich bitte bei Vandergore. Je mehr, um so besser.
Hier findet ihr die Event-Caches...
Da die Location und die Petlinge leider nicht umsonst zu haben waren, haben wir uns entschlossen dieses Jahr einen Unkostenbeitrag von €1,50 pro Teilnehmer zu erheben Darin enthalten sind die Platzmiete und der Petling für den Contest, den ihr nach eurem Wurf natürlich behalten dürft. Der UKB wird dann bei der Einschreibung und der Koordinatenlistenausgabe von euch zu entrichten sein. (Bitte möglichst passend mitbringen).
Wer möchte , kann natürlich auch einen Salat, ein Dessert oder Sossen für's Buffet mitbringen ... bitte bei der Anmeldung angeben, damit wir diese hier auflisten können.

It's that time again? Yes, it is. It's time again to participate at the Klenkes-Event to meet nice people, to chat about our hobby, to have a BBQ and to have fun.
This year the Klenkes-Event will take place at Grillplatz im Würselener Stadtwald. Here you will find:
- Hut with BBQ
- Play area for children
- Tables and benches
Please bring something to grill and drink for yourself, plate and cutlery and be in good spirts.
Activities
- Petling-Contest (goal-throw)
- BBQ
- Chitchat
- Having fun

And, of course, you can look for caches (and find them too)! If you would like to provide additionally caches for this event, please contact Vandergore. The more the merrier.

Since the location and the PETlings were unfortunately not for free, we decided this year to raise a fee of € 1.50 per subscriber. This includes the court fee and the PETling for the contest, you may keep after your throw. The UKB will then be payable at enrollment and the coordinates listing handout. (Please bring suitable as possible).
Who would like to support this event by supplying something for the buffet, please mark it in your will attend log. That we may list your contribution in the buffet list.

Est-il déjà à nouveau temps de fêter ? Oui. Il est temps de nous préparer ... pour pouvoir nous rencontrer, papoter un peu, faire un BBQ, s’amuser et bien sûr, faire quelques caches.
Cette année l'event Klenkes 2013 aura lieu sur le site de Grillplatz im Würselener Stadtwald. Ici il y a :
- Une cabane de barbecue
- une aire de jeux pour les enfants
- Tables et bancs
La seule chose que vous devez apporter est: votre nourriture ainsi que vos boissons et bien entendu de la bonne humeur.

- Le lancer d’un Petling sur cible
- BBQ
- Papoter
- S’amuser
Les caches de l'event
Oh oui, bien sûr, vous pouvez également placer une cache, en chercher (et trouver) ! Pour ce faire nous avons besoin de votre aide : qui veut créer une cache pour l'event, toutes les demandes au sujet d’une nouvelle cache seront envoyées à Vandergore. Plus il y aura de caches, mieux ce sera.

L'emplacement et les petlings n'étant malheureusement pas gratuits, nous avons décidé cette année, de vous demander une petite commission de 1,50 € par personne pour la location de l'emplacement et le petling, que vous pourrez emporter avec vous bien entendu après le lancer.
La commission sera récoltée lors de votre inscription, quand vous recevrez la feuille supplémentaire avec les coordonnées.
(S'il vous plaît apportez la monnaie appropriée si possible)
Qui veut, peut apporter une salade, un dessert ou une sauce pour le buffet ...s'il vous plait, dites-le nous lors de votre inscription pour que nous puissions faire une liste.
