A Geocaching Event
June 14, 2014
9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Morrisson-Reeves Library
Richmond, Indiana
DETAILS
Our host, Morrisson-Reeves Library, has experienced 150 years of amazing discoveries. To celebrate their impressive milestone, they are throwing a geocaching party for seasoned geocachers and to introduce the geocaching experience to anyone who has not yet discovered this fun and challenging activity.
The event will introduce you to the game and include:
• What is geocaching?
• How do you do it?
• Types of geocaches.
• Tricks to finding geocaches.
• A chance to test out your new (or seasoned) skills on sample caches at the library.
• And some special surprises that you won't want to miss.
Wayne County curently has over 200 geocache hides waiting to be discovered, plus you never know when some new caches or even a special series might just pop up!
PARKING
There is plenty of parking available along the street or in the large parking lot to the east of the library.
FOOD & PRIZES
There will be refreshments (courtesy of Morrisson-Reeves Library) and the chance to win some VERY nice door prizes (provided by Morrison-Reeves Library and Team Itchy & Scratchy).
