When you line up the wheel, the outside wheel is the code, the inside wheel is the actual number or letter. The last number of the coords will need uncoded to determine the actual coords. This series can be accessed off of Route 770 Near Custer City, PA or West Corydon St. Route 4004 out of Bradford, PA.
