FYI THE CAMERA IS POINTING TO THE RUNWAYS, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN BY THE WEB CAM BUT IT WILL BE SMALL. SORRY FOLKS I DON'T OWN THE CAMERA.

 

What you will need to hunt this cache:

• A GPS
• A friend at his/her computer with an internet connection.
• A mobile phone or set time when you will be at the cache site.
• A wristwatch

How to find and claim this webcam virtual cache:

• Go to the webcams page at, http://www.dayweather.com/weathertext.html, so you get an idea of where to stand. The camera has moved so you will not get a close up shot so hold up your arms, or make it so you can tell the people in the picture is there for a reason, and not walking by. :-)
• Go to the coordinates of this cache.
• The coordinates get you in the area of the cache. They are not exact coordinates telling you where to stand. You, with the help of your friend, need to "hunt" for the cache.
• Call your friend and have them go to the webcam page at http://www.dayweather.com/weathertext.html
• Here is the link to the Picture itself. http://www.dayweather.com/ispy.jpg <- You can right click on this link. :-)
• Let them guide you on where to stand for the best picture then...
• Smile for the camera and wait for an update! The camera updates once every FIVE minutes.
• When your friend sees a good webcam picture, have them right click on the webcam picture and select save. Then they can send you the picture so you can upload it in your log.
• Congratulations and don't forget to include the picture with you log entry!
• Found it! logs without proper pictures will be deleted. Don't log it until you have your picture ready for upload.

• We do not get any warning when this camera is down for maintenance and/or repair. If the webcam is not working, for any reason, a photo taken of you at the cache site is acceptable. Ensure, that you are seen in the picture and it is obvious that you are at the cache site.
• This webcam may be reposition at any time. For the best picture possible you should use a mobile phone so your friend can position you for the best possible picture.
