You are looking for a small container with a log only. This should be easily accessible, with a small parking area across the road (there is not a lot of traffic, but look both ways before you cross).
This is a paved road with a small parking area near by. This is probably NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. Being a paved road there is always the possibility of Muggles - be cautious.
