大丸跨線橋は、JR山手線の目黒駅と恵比寿駅の間に掛かる跨線橋です。
すぐ目の前に、恵比寿ガーデンプレイスのビル群とアメリカ橋、振り向けば山手線と、山の手貨物線のガーター橋による立体交差を見ることができます。
この位置にはもともと山手線の大丸踏切と山手貨物線の大丸新大丸踏切という2つの踏切がありました。
山手線と山手貨物線とでは高低差がるため、2つの踏切を坂道でつないでいました。
現在は昭和40年にできたこの跨線橋で一気に渡ることができます。
