Ms Sunshine recently completed a streak of finding at least one cache per day for 1,000 days (nearly three years). As she tends to do, she did this in very understated fashion. Indeed, I saw her that evening, and she said "I think this might be my 1,000th day of caching..." but I had to confirm it on my phone.
Ms Sunshine has completed many caching-related accomplishments. The most caches she found in a day coincided with the day I found the most caches in a day that I've ever found. Beyond that, she's: found caches in 15 states; found 100 caches beginning with the letter S; found 100 size not chosen caches plus over 4,000 caches total; attended 25 events; found 100 unknown caches; found all 81 difficulty/terrain combinations plus found over 100 regular or large caches; found 25 caches with a difficulty rating of 4.5 or higher plus found over 25 caches located between 1000 and 2500 miles of her home; found 100 caches beginning with the letter T plus 100 small sized caches; found 100 caches with a difficulty rating of 3; found caches on the 31st of every month; found caches in five states in a single day; found 100 caches beginning with the letter R plus 100 caches beginning with the letter J; found 200 caches in one day; and found 35 caches beginning with the letter Q plus a cache on every day of the year including leap day. Pretty impressive, huh?
Anyway, in light of all of this, I thought it fitting to hide a tribute puzzle. No need to save the FTF for her, but I imagine she has a pretty good shot at getting it. And you may not quite be done when you think you'll be done.
UPDATE: A traditional cache has been published within about 50 feet of stage two of the puzzle. By all means, sign into that one and log it as a find, but just so you now, it's not the final to this puzzle! You're looking for something else there.
