Here, you'll find an object bearing a three-digit number JKL. Use both this and the telephone number to calculate the cache coordinates at:

At this location are lots of rocks - rocks on rocks even! - where the side of the headland has collapsed, leaving behind a pretty impressive cliff face. The cache isn't up there (sighs of relief or moans of disappointment), it's amongst the rocks at the bottom, but one of those rocks isn't really a rock.
