Congratulations geocachers! With your help, our successful 2013 event achieved MEGA-STATUS! And you have helped get us there again for DLA2014!!!

Our 2014 event promises to be bigger and better than ever! Lennox & Addington County and the Lennox & Addington Geocachers have once again joined forces and are sure to make DLA2014 a truly unforgettable experience! An opening night party, night caching, and new power trails are just some of the fun things you can expect during your geocaching weekend in L&A County! Top it all off with amazing live entertainment at Lennox & Addington County's 150th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday night after the geocaching event! You won't want to miss it!

Be sure to log your 'WILL ATTEND' early! By doing so you'll receive important listing updates as well as details about some fun geocaching contests and promotions ongoing in L&A County.

Below is information about just a few of the great things going on for this year's event!

 Friday, August 22nd

6:30 - 9 pm...
Head to Conservation Park in Napanee for the 'L&A County Welcome Party'! We're keeping the details a bit of a secret for the time being. This is the L&A County way of saying TBA.

9 pm...
New night caches will be released for DLA2014. Bring your flash lights and enjoy!

Saturday, August 23rd

8 am - 4 pm...
The event venue is open and staff are on hand all day to answer your questions. Feel free to drop in anytime for coffee or share some geocaching stories. Games for draws and kids zone will be ongoing throughout the day.

8 - 9 am...
Sign the register and pick up information packages that detail fun geocaching activities taking place during the weekend.

9:30 - 11:30 am...
Before heading out geocaching, stick around the event venue and learn what types of poisonous plants you need to avoid while hunting for caches in the bush. More information to follow as speakers are confirmed.

4 - 5 pm...
After a fun day of geocaching in L&A County, be sure to head back to the event venue for closing ceremonies, prizes and a group photo.

5:30 pm...
Dinner this year will be conveniently held across the street from the main event venue at the Napanee Golf & Country Club. Tickets will be pre-sold on our website. Prices and menu details are coming soon.

6:30 - 9 pm...
After dinner be sure to head to the grounds of the Lennox & Addington County Museum & Archives located at nearby 97 Thomas Street East in Napanee! An amazing line-up of entertainment is scheduled to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of our great County!
