I knew it for a long time but I didn't want to admit it. Maybe I was too busy making moonshine or maybe I just couldn't imagine her with another man but finding the arsenic plant that looks like it has been picked at for weeks behind the cabin was what woke me up. Sadly it is probably too late, there must be too much in my system to turn back now. Now you don't have much time to get it from me but I am writing to you directions on how to find the money I have hidden from the rotten woman who has not only broken my heart but poisoned my body. She leaves the island every day to take the kids to school, deliver some of the shine (and I suppose to see that man working at the grist mill near Goose Creek) from 7am to 3pm. During this time even after I am gone from the world I suspect she will look but will not find the money you can get to the island and follow my directions to get the money and hold it for the kids and give it to them when they are older. When you get to the house walk to the back of the house towards the big Y tree not from from the door and walk West for 25 steps and you should see a white snake or two, one of them will be holding the money. Brother, I count on you to help me out for while I am not alone, I am abandoned.
