It is somewhat presumptuous to call this a legendary cache. I was reminded of when I used to drive from College Station to Houston many decades ago and saw a hand-painted sign about halfway in between that said:

LEGENDS IN THEIR OWN MIND
Truer words were never written. However, this cache is placed in a little park on Legendary Lane, and recognizes a legendary geocacher in Cinco Ranch-CRIFFREE. Criffree recently passed 4,000 finds. Not an official landmark according to Groundspeak, but pretty impressive, especially since most of the caches around here are Criffree FTFs.
