Hieroglyphics (PT-1) Mystery Cache

This is my second cache and first puzzle. Cache container is a micro camouflaged to its environment.

Please replace hide as found to preserve the experience for the next cacher.

This is suppose to be challenging so... Any spoiler logs will be deleted. You may or may not need a TOTT. It may or may not be winter friendly.

Came across an encoder one day that I thought was pretty cool and this cache idea was born. A visit to a nice little public area this year provided a wonderful spot to visit. Enjoy!

The original puzzle relied on an App to solve that has since been removed thus requiring me to rework the puzzle a little bit. Same general basis for the puzzle, although now probably way easier to solve as it's no longer unique...
