One of our favourite things to do is to drive the quiet and windy back roads that nobody normally drives along during the busy commute, and thats how we discovered this place.
The church is mostly surrounded by grazing pastures with some nice old oak trees amongst them and as Thelveton isnt really on the way to anywhere it gets no through traffic which makes it very peaceful. Its a great place to chill out and is beautiful on a nice sunny day which is why we want to bring you here.
You could walk to it as its on the Boudicca way and there are a few more caches along this first stretch of the walk.
For history about this church, the Thelveton estate and its links to the tiny hamlet of Frenze visit http://thebenefice.org.uk/Pop%20historyThelveton%201308%20-%202008%20editorial.pdf
This is our second cache and its hard to rate how diffecult it is when you know where it is so feedback is gratefully received.
This cache was hidden with the kind permission of Mrs Jones the church warden
