I spent two hours one day traveling from Texarkana to Fulton on I-30 E. Why, you ask, did it take that long? Well, there was a terrible wreck and all we could do was inch along praying not only for those in the accident but that we would eventually get to our destinations. We were detoured through Fulton and this is the exit where I got back on the interstate. In the accident, three lives were lost that day. Though I didn't know them, I felt they deserved a memorial.
