If you start at 99 and do them in descending order (just like the song), then all caches will be on the right side. Please be respectful of the area at ground zero. All caches are hidden in the right-of-way. Except for the guard rail hides, all caches are found on the ground. Safety should be your #1 concern when pulling off and on during this 100 power geo-trail.
Since our (Wade & Tami's) first power geo-trail was such a big hit (Today's Ahh Milestone) we came up with another 100 geocache power run in which Gr@nny had a part in too.
Feel free to time yourself and record in your log for how long it took you. We don't mind cut and paste logs.
12 Mugs of Milk ABOUT 3/4 of a mile east of this intersection of Hwy. H and Kettle View Dr. is an example of what once was an Indian trail and is now U.S. 45. Page 68 of KEWASKUM THEN AND NOW continues with, "Previously called the Milwaukee, West Bend and Fond du Lac Plank Rd., U.S. 45 was built in 1852. It was comprised of planks two inches thick and eight feet long, being built similar to the sidewalks of that time. At intervals of three miles, toll booths exacted a toll of one cent per mile plus 1/2-cent extra for each additional animal. The toll for a round trip from Kewaskum to Milwaukee would have been about 75 cents." The plank road saved time and provided more comfort, "since most other roads in this vicinity were little more than tracks through the wilderness. It was paved in 1923."
