At the end of the Fuji-Subaru toll road lies the 5th station trailhead for the Fuji-Yoshida trail. This can be a magnificently busy place, even by Japanese standards.
This traditional cache is an Otter box 2000, approximately 5 x 7 inches, tied with tan 550 cord to the base of a tree. The cache contains standard geocache notices in english and nihongo, a logbook, two pens and room for small items. Please rehide well as I expect this cache to last 25 years or more. Be careful while walking in the busy parking areas. Safest access is from the footpath. Walk softly and preserve the environment. Enjoy!
