This park is one our favorites. We bring our fishing rods and our kayak out here as often as we can. Alex likes to see the snakes at the nature center.
This cache can be found on the Cattail trail, and indeed is visible from trail... if you know where to look. Please re-hide well, so it remains a level 3.5. You are looking for a bright silver bison tube. Mecklenburg county permit #31. Congrats to LEDGEO on FTF!
