A nice walk over the hills, across marshes, past ponds and ending with an awesome ocean view and rocky beach (which is tricky to get down to but worth it - look for the path and the old stairs just beyond the viewing bench).
This section of the Spillar's Cove trail in Durrell begins at the end of Slade's Lane and is combination footpath and boardwalk, which was installed by the late Bert Stuckless, a local businessman whose property this section of trail begins on. Park to the right of his house. Lots of berries for nourishment and ponds for a refreshing dip. Cache location comes with a view.
