Tämä kätkö kuuluu sarjaan "Suomen korkeimmat kohdat".
Kätkö sijaitsee Kohisevanvuoren huipulle vievän metsätien päässä. Metsässä ei tarvitse kulkea kuin muutama metri. Vaikka kätkö sijaitsee korkealla paikalla, älä odota upeaita näköaloja. Sellaiset paikalta varmaan olisi, ellei ympärillä kasvaisi niin paljon puita :)
Joissakin kartoissa kätkölle vievä tie on esitetty virheellisesti. Viime vuosisadan puolella kohisevanvuorelle vei kaksi tietä. Nyttemmin se pohjoisesta lähestyvä tiepohja on jätetty kasvamaan pajukkoa ja se ei ole autolla ajettavassa kunnossa, vaikka jotkut hurjat ovatkin sitä kautta kätkölle tulleet. Joten etelän suunnasta kätköä lähestyvä tiepohja on se oikea.
Talviaikaan metsätiet eivät ole auratut.
Purkki on 0,8l vetoinen, sisältäen mm. lokikirjan ja kynän sekä mahdollisia kulkijoita.
A forest cache in Kivimäensalo area, nearby the highest point of Joroinen on the top of hill Kohisevanvuori (183 m above sea level).
This cache is a part of the serie "the highest points in Finland".
There is forest road leading to the top of the hill. You need walk only few meters to reach the cache.
Even if the cache is located on the high point please don´t expect a nice view. There might be some, if there were not so many trees growing around.
In some maps the road to the cache is displayed erroneously. In the last century two roads were available, one from north and other from south. Nowadays the road from north is without care and it is blocked with small trees. The southerly road is the right one when approaching this cache.
The forest roads are not open during the winter season.
The cache container is 0,8 litre Tupperware that has Log Book, Pen and a few small swaps.
