Geocache Description:

Don't not go to the coordinates given above, you will only get wet.

Here is an old school unknown type cache.  You have to solve a puzzle to determine the coordinates.  The actual hide is a regular sized cache in the gamelands, hidden in a common fashion - nothing devious about the hide.

The cache you seek is a plastic ammo can hidden in a common fashion.  Nothing devious about the hide.

Yakety Yak is the number 1 hit from a group called the Coasters.  To determine the location of this cache solve the puzzle below related to either Yakety Yak or the Coasters.

The final location of the cache is at:

N 42 04.ABC
W 79 47.DEF

A is the highest ranking ever achieved by Yakety Yak on the U.S. Pop charts minus 1.

B: Add together the 4 digits in the year that Yakety Yak was released by the Coasters.  This results in a 2 digit number.  Multiply the 2 digits together to get B.

C is the number of letters in the third word of the title of the first single released by the Coasters.

D: The Coasters released a single with a title that has a certain relevance to Geocachers.  D is the total number of letters in the title of that single.

NEW INFORMATION: It has been brought to my attention that there are 2 songs that have a certain relevance to Geocachers. If you use the song with 2 words in the title just add up the total number of letters in the title. If you use the song with 1 word in the title, add up the total number of the letters in the title and add 1.

E is the number of words in the fourth line of Yakety Yak.

F is the number of original members of the coasters minus 2.

That's it.  Good luck with the puzzle, and have fun finding the cache.
