Roche Blanche n'est pas seulement un panorama 3 étoiles, mais aussi l'occasion d'observer les plissements géologiques Jurassiens à différentes échelles.
Si vous venez de Saint-Claude en remontant la vallée du Flumen, par les vertigineux lacets de Septmoncel, vous verrez d'abord le fameux "Chapeau de Gendarme" des livres de géographie ; ensuite, le pli en champignon de La Cernaise, bien visible depuis la route de Roche Blanche, et enfin, l'immense anticlinal des Grès vu en coupe depuis le belvédère.
Aucune difficulté mais qui dit belvédère dit falaises, donc ne laissez pas enfants et animaux sans surveillance !

"Roche Blanche“ (White Rock) is not only a 3 stars panorama, but also the opportunity to observe the Jurassic geological folds at different scales.
If you come from Saint-Claude up the valley Flumen and the breathtaking road to Septmoncel, you will first see the famous "Chapeau de Gendarme" of the geography books, then another fold at "La Cernaise“, visible from White Rock road, and finally, the huge anticline of "Les Gres“ in cross section from the lookout.
