Geocache Description:

A multiple stage puzzle cache.   Inspired by the song "Safety Dance" by "Men Without Hats" (released in 1983). The cache is not at the posted coordinates but you may meet a relative of the dog in the video around here.

When I found Pole Dancing which is dancing themed, the owner mentioned on one of the waypoints:  "Men Without Hats provide no clues but offer sound advice.".  Like many I assume, I knew immediately he was referring to the Safety Dance.

That song has some special meaning for me, as I was at university in Canada at the time of its release (which is where the "Men" are from), and saw them in concert. The song was also regularly played at university parties.

I then watched the video, probably for the first time in 30 years.   Gee, that looks like an English village; I wonder where that is?  It turns out it is is in West Kington - not that far from Bath (where I live).    And there doesn't seem to be any caches around there.

So it had to be.   It was destiny.   I had to place a Safety Dance themed cache here.   Well, as Men Without Hats are somewhat obscure I have expanded the theme to be music from 1978-1985.   But Safety Dance is the focus.

I would classify this as family friendly, but it involves a couple of hours walking, some of which is near water. There is one section which is narrow alongside a stream where small children would need to be watched. Not suitable for pushchairs.
I encountered sheep and horses, but no cattle on the route. Your livestock may vary.

The "Safety Dance" also appeared on the very first "Now That's What I call Music" compilation album (track 10).
