For Stage I, park on Wyassup Lake Road, just beyond the boat launching area. Use the Blue-blazed trail.
For Stage II, continue on the blue trail, then look for an unmarked, but fairly well-worn trail that branches to the right. You will have crossed two streams, and will be facing a steep, rocky hill. The side trail is a shortcut that rejoins the Blue Trail. You'll follow the trail as it doubles back under the cliff.
Alternatively, you can visit my other cache in this area, "Lookout", by going up this hill. You can then continue on the blue trail, and double back to the right under the hill to Lookout Below.
