The Equator Sign was obviously removed during construction of the street.
Until further notice, a photo log is allowed.
The displaced Equator
You can find an equator sign outside the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park in the west of Uganda.
As I took the coordinates of the sign, I was very surprised that they differ of about 300 meters to the real equator.
Please bring along your own pen and reconstruct the camouflage after logging.
If here are many tourists around, it is also allowed to take only a photo of the equator sign and send it along with your found-log.
