Since there're no caches big enough to hold TravelBugs in the downtown of Budapest, I made this cache to be a"TravelBug hostel"!
This cache is about to introduce the Palace of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Hungary (1886-1920) situated under Podmaniczky u. 45. (the corner of the Podmaniczky and Vörösmarty) . This was the seat of the Symbolic Grand Lodge, but the lodges from Budapest that were under its jurisdiction, used to organise their sessions (works) in this palace. There were special session rooms for this purpose, and after the „works” the members of the lodges „rendered” (had their supper) at the freemasonic restaurant situated in the same building. In this bulilding used to „work” the Martinovics lodge (that is still functioning today) that was founded in 1908 by a left extremist, Oszkár Jászi and his crew. Their „work” led Hungary to the tragedy Hungarians call TRIANON.

Mivel Budapest belvárosában kevés az olyan méretű láda, amibe TravelBug helyezhető el (pedig igény az volna rá), ezért ezt a ládát szándékosan úgy méreteztem, hogy az "TravelBug hostel" lehessen!
A láda célja a Podmaniczky u. 45. alatt található (Podmaniczky és Vörösmarty sarka) úgy nevezett Szabadkőműves székház bemutatása. A Symbolikus Nagypáholy székhelyeként épült, és a Nagypáholy alá tartozó páholyok általában itt tartották meg "munkáikat", mely után az épületben található étteremben "vakoltak". 1908-tól ebben az épületben tartotta munkáit a Martinovics páholy is, melyet szélsőbaloldali felforgatók alapítottak Jászi Oszkár vezetésével, és amely páholyból (is) szerveződött Magyarország országvesztő Szabadkőműves kormánya, a Károlyi kormány, amely Trianon által beérlelte a baloldali radikális szabadkőművesek sok éven át tartó bomlasztó munkájának gyümölcsét!
