Ce monument commémore le 1er vol PARIS NEW YORK du Bréguet HISPANO-SUIZA baptisé "POINT D'INTERROGATION".
2 pilotes DE COSTES et BELLONE ont accompli ce vol en 1930.
Le monument actuel datant de 1984, a été reconstruit sur le site du 1 er monument (édifié en 1932) et détruit lors de la seconde guerre mondiale.
