This cache has been placed at the landing site of the Oxbow Canoe run. The canoe trip is a unique run down the Grand River, which pretty much loops back on itself, allowing you to enjoy a 2 to 3 hour canoe ride and a 1 km walk back to your car!
The is the follow on cache from The Oxbow 'I'. This cache is placed at the landing site, where you can get your caone out of the Grand, and walk back only 1 km back to your car, after enjoying a 2 to 3 hour ride down the Grand. It's a very unique trip down the Grand river, because it's an easy one to manage with the family that only has one car and a canoe!
Do be careful in this area, because there was an awful lot of garbage. If you are able, please try and carry out some trash with you! Thanks!
