The log is in a small container that I receive at the CITO event in Port Dover, hosted by simrebel and dmlookhere. It is located in a park, closed from dusk to dawn.
The cache is located at The Vittoria Mill, there is a monuments marking the general location of one of Vittoria's first and longest operating mill.
The cache is not far from parking, it just off a trail. Happy Hunting
