The cache is at the posted coordinates, but to log it you are required to complete an achivement!
Its simple, just complete fourteen (14) days of caching in a row! (Just two full weeks!) Now the geocaching website includes some basic statistics. Just check to see your Longest Streak is at least 14 days long and you can log this cache! If you need, you can use this for day number 14! Please indicate that your Statistics page on your profile shows you have found caches 14 or more days in a row! Also, please list your current goal!
Now this is where I'm supposed to say, "I will delete all logs that do not satisfy the logging requirements". 
And yes I know, the GPS signal will be poor in this location, that was part of the plan!
