Geocache Description:

A group of terrorists is planning to destroy a strategically important object in Riga. Only you can uncover their plot and save the day!

Remember, remember,
the fifth of November,
Gunpowder Treason and Plot

Over centuries terrorists have used various methods of communicating their message to other members of their organizations, because in their area of action secrecy is vital. With the development of the Internet, much of their communication has been happening online.

A terrorist who wants to succeed at his/her act of terror, probably won't just write on a publicly available website: "I intend to murder the prime minister of Elbonia next Saturday. Anybody wanna help?"

Not at all, instead he may a post a cute photo of a hitler cat, like this one:
Titler Cat
and fellow members of his gang will know for what to look inside the photo.

As a matter of fact, hidden messages can be anywhere. For example, Charles Manson heard the call to action (murder) in the song "Helter Skelter" by "The Beatles". As a matter of fact, even Jochan Sebastian Bach who was not widely known in the musical circles of contemporary Europe as an avid supporter of anarchism was known to code his last name B-A-C-H in the melody of one of his fugues. Not that it has AnYtHiNg to do with terrorism.

In the past terrorists occasionally used ad sections of newspapers to spread their message, but a modern day Guy Fawkes

wouldn't need to use a newspaper, because there's craigslist. And he could write, for example:
I was running from an alien and I jumped into an alley way dumpster to hide and you were there napping and I woke you up. We shared some something outta your flask and we laughed and talked about comets coming our way and grilled cheese. You called yourself Blump. But I had to go poop so I went to the gas station down the road and when I cam back you were gone. Just wanted to make sure the alien didn't track my scent and find you instead. Hope you are well. Meet me at the dumpster behind Mcdonalds tomorrow for lunch.

And keep the best counter-terrorism professionalls guessing for days. Because there's no hidden message in the text. If you can find one - let me know.
And what would you say if you saw something like this:
Guten Appetit!
"Oh, what a nice girl getting out of the TV set!" But who knows - maybe this girl here shall bring forth the Appocalypsis?

Let me share you a story: there was a man called Franz Ferdinand. He just happened to be the Archduke of Austria-Este. On a pleasant June Sunday in the year 1914 this Franz Ferdinand happend to be in Sarajevo. And then suddenly - he ceased to be, meanwhile a World War happend to start. There's not really any point to this story, but again - maybe you can find one. I'll be keen to hear your ideas.

Your mission is very simple: find the coordinates of the cache and stop terrorists from blowing up the strategic object. Just if you're wondering, the strategic object is not the building of the parliament of Latvia. The terrorists are much more cunning than that!

In case you don't want to try searching for the cache near every government building, embassy, railway bridge, hospital, World Trade Center in Riga, here's a geochecker:

Please notice: you should find the correct coordinates, not guess them!
