This is the fourth cache in the Leapfrog Series.
The coordinates above do not take you to the actual cache. Instead they take you to the entrance of a wooded area near some shops and parking.
The cache its self is easy. It belongs to the leapfrog series but is not a true leapfrog. Instead it is near a place to play leapfrog.
It is a camoflaged plastic tube hidden in plain view of everyone who passes, covered in a protective layer of plastic and marked 'Official Geocache'.
The cache is small but has enough room for small geocoins and trinkets.
The coordinates are harder though! To work them out you will need to look at the other caches in the series.

Dad's Birthday Cache now archived, so info is: Hidden: 03/20/2013, No. 2 in series.
Leapfrog No. 1 now archived, so info is: Hidden : 01/30/2013.
