Cache is a small pill botle hidden on the UT side of the state line.... you'll likely want to get to the cache by traveling on Mormon Flat Rd, off of old US-91.
I checked with the BLM, St. George office, and they confirmed that this area is not in the Beaver Dam NCA and camping was authorized. (see the related web page link at the top, for more information on Beaver Dam NCA or BLM)
Remember it's primitive...so practice CITO, always leave an area better than you found it, and cache on.
