This is the tenth edition of the World Wide Flash Mob. To celebrate this occasion, Geocachers around the world meet for a spontaneous flash mob that only lasts 15 minutes, at exactly the same time.
Events have already been scheduled in Ireland, United States, France, Belgium, Australia, etc… A flash mob is a gathering of people that perform something out of the ordinary and then disperse suddenly. This should make lots of people curious and wonder what just happened. If you participate in this event, then know that you were part of something worldwide. The goal is to have 100 countries participate this year.
For this flash mob, you have to show up near (but not at) the coordinates before the designated time. When the signal is given, everyone that is attending should make their way to ground zero. Please, do not stand directly at GZ before the designated time. The whole point is that we come from all different directions. There is plenty of parking, at two different lots near the area.
WWFM X is on Saturday, May 4th, better known to Star Wars and Science Fiction (Sci Fi) fans as “May The 4th Be With You.” But of course this event is open to all geocachers, even Trekkies.
If you are a Sci Fi fan, wear or bring something to show your love of this genre. If you aren't a Sci Fi fan, then still come and celebrate this global event and visit with other geocachers.
You only have 4 things to do during the WWFM X - May The Fourth Be With You
1) Sign the log sheet (with your geocaching name).
2) Mingle with each other.
3) Group photo at the end (approximately 10:11 am).
Who? Geocachers, their families and friends.
What? A flash mob cache event.
Where? Above coordinates.
When? 10:00 - 10:15 am PST. May 4, 2013.

9:45 to 9:59 am...
-Find parking (there are a few parking lots close to the location), everybody hangs out around the park, just act as if you don't know each other and nothing is going to happen.
10:00 am...
-I will walk to the posted coordinates, and give some sort of signal that the WWFM X - May The Fourth Be With You event is starting.
10:00 - 10:01 am...
- Everybody gather at Ground Zero.
- I will briefly say hi, and start passing around the log book.
10:01 - 10:10 am...
-Sign the log book with your geocaching name.
-Mingle, meet new geocachers.
-Exchange stories, TB's, coins with each other.
-Don't forget to sign the log book with your geocaching name.

-All participants leave the area. Everybody! It is very important that we all leave the premises at exactly 10:15 am after I say goodbye, to make it a true Flash Mob.
