We like this location, want others to enjoy it, so we restored a previous cache. Always have TOTTS in your pocket. BYOP.
This is a scenic place that can be enjoyed all year, all hours of day and night. Whales are rarely visible, but you will always see people who never tire of watching!
The hide will be quite difficult when tourist Muggles are present. We recommend using the hint to minimize searching time. But, do this as you like.
Parking is close and free.
