In 2009 the newly expanded and remodeled Tualatin Public Library opened. It was designed to be as energy efficient and sustainable as possible through the use of natural ventilation, day lighting, selection of materials, energy efficient lighting and mechanical units, and controls to monitor and adjust for use and time. The project has been registered with the US Green Building Council and the library won the 2009 Award for Excellence in Environmental De the library.
At the posted coordinates you will find a rose garden. There is a container hidden along the inside edge of the garden wall which contains a letter pattern in red. In the middle of the rose garden you will find a plaque; AB/CD/EFGH represents the date on the plaque in the form mm/dd/yyyy. Apply the information from the plaque to the pattern in the container to determine where inside the library to find the final.
