Fairly easy park and grab on a busy street with lots of restaurants in Waterville.
You will find this a very busy location most evenings. Stealth may be required, but there should be plenty of opportunities to grab a smiley here. Depending on the amount of snow, this one could be winter friendly.
There was a cache entitled 2nd Place Street here, but it hadn't been found recently and has been archived. If you found that one, this one is a different one, so come and make the find.
