This cache used to be called "Stumpy". With the move on 06/28/2005 it has been renamed to "Rocky".
You have to drive on a gravel road for a minimum of two miles. The altitude is about 2400 feet above sea level. In the winter there can be several feet of snow.
From the main road you will have to cross a ditch and, depending on the time of year, some tall grass. Be careful, it's easy to step into a hole or ditch in the grass and fall.
NOTE: A fire on 9/18/01 destroyed the site including the cache. It was replaced on 04/14/02. The pictures of the cache are from before the fire.
Note: On 06/28/2005 the cache was moved a few hundred yards from the original location to be outside the no trespassing signs.
