Geocache Description:

Seika-ryo dormitory was founded by Taiwan goverment-general in 1927.
After World War II, Taiwan was independent, then the gormitory was out of Japanese government's control. Residents continued to live there.
In 2007, a fire occured. The the dormitory turned to be ruin after the fire.
In 2013, the dormitory was demolished.
A cache is hidden near the dormitory.

戦前日本の統治下だった台湾。台湾総督府の関連財団「学租財団」が、国から国有地を借りて、台湾人留学生宿舎として1927年に建設したのが清華寮の始まりである。
1945年に大戦が終結し、清華寮も学租財団の管理から外れたが、戦後の混乱で所有者がはっきりしないまま、住人が住み続ける事態となっていた。
しかし2007年7月19日に火災が発生して犠牲者を出して以降、廃墟となっておりました。そして2013年春、ついに建物は取り壊されました。
戦争の遺跡とも言える清華寮跡のそばに、キャッシュを隠しました。Related Web Pageに詳細が記されています。
