Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the "CT Solar System" series of caches, each representing a planet's distance from the Sun, were the Sun located at the NY/CT State line and the Solar System scaled to the width of Connecticut.

New Earth is a replacement cache for the original Earth cache. Like the original cache, New Earth is also located in Bruce Park. The cache container is a blue water bottle (much like Mars' red water bottle) but, unlike the original, it is not in a rock crevice, so it should be a much easier find.

Earth is the third planet from the Sun, which is just 1/40th of the distance to the outermost planet! Venus is closest to Earth, just a minute inside us in our example while Mars is almost a couple minutes beyond.
