Geocache Description:

This cache was hidden in support of the Carroll County ADC Challenge (GC34YJM).  Thanks to Deepdish23 for creating and maintaining that challenge cache!  Now there is a hide on page 4004 of the map book for everyone to find. We're pleased to offer a new caching experience in Carroll County for you to enjoy.

A pleasant roadside hide along a country lane.  The horses may come over to see what you are doing; please don't interact with them without permission of their owners. There is no need to cross the fence-line to find the hide.  There is no need to be in the road to find the hide.  Be advised that there is some old barbed wire near the cache; caution and prudence will serve you well in your approach!

There is room to pull off the side of the road and park near the cache, and the ground is solid (we had no issue on and off in melting snow).  Note that sight lines can be a little tricky here as there is an evergreen that can block the view of your car when you pull off.  Please use approriate caution.

As with all your searches, please do some research, and use good voyage planning techniques.  Know your limitations, employ risk management, and don’t take on something that is beyond your capability.  Some of you do this all the time, some rarely; in the end, it is you who are accountable for what happens to you, mentally, emotionally and physically as the result of seeking this hide.
