In order to qualify for this challenge you have to have found a Cache that was hidden in every month since the beginning of Geocaching. The oldest Cache in Arkansas was hidden June 2000, so you will have to have found a Cache out of state for May of 2000. Please post proof on the cache site and after approval you will be able to sign the log and get your smiley..
Not all Caches need to be found in Arkansas but at least one has to be.
The Cache is an easy short walk and grab, the difficulty of this Cache is in the Challenge. You will need to find a Cache that was hidden in may of 2000 and June of 2000 all the way through the current month.
