Help to start the New Year of Bucks/Beds/Herts Border-ing On The Ridiculous meets with a bang
Blow away those Christmas cobwebs and New Year’s hangovers with a trip to the ancient Roman town of Verulamium, now known as SnAlbanz / Snail-Buns / Snorbens or (rarely) St. Albans.
Where: The Garibaldi, 61 Albert Street, St Albans. AL1 1RT. Caution Drivers – Albert Street is one way. Enter it from Holywell Hill!
01727 894745
When: From 6.30pm on Thursday 10th of January.
Who: Cachers from Herts, Beds, Bucks and Beyond! All welcome. You don't have to be local. Well behaved children and dogs are more than welcome and that is the right way round before you ask!
What: Post Christmas catch ups, food, darts, TB swapping, excellent beer and a warm atmosphere. Oh and there may be a few new caches to go hunt out at some point…!
Why: Cos you know you want to and St. Albans has been requested as a venue
Parking: There is a public car park situated at the bottom of Albert Street (turn Left at bottom). It is free after 6pm.
UPDATE -There will be a series of 5 caches and a bonus published (hopefully) on the day. To find the Bonus you will need to collect numbers from the five new caches PLUS find one of Team BareMagic at the event to get the last number. This number will also be added to this page a day or two after the event.
