This is a regular size Tupperware lock n lock container. It is colored to blend with its’ niche. It is located at a site that memorializes those who have served in the U.S. Military. There is plenty of parking. Please be respectful and please seek this cache from dawn to dusk only. Thank You.

Hancock is an interesting place with a fascinating history. Geo Washington as well as other US Presidents visited and played here as well as the likes of ill-fated General Braddock, General Stonewall Jackson, Babe Ruth and Amos and Andy. Hancock played minor roles in the French & Indian, Revolutionary and Civil Wars. General Jackson bombarded not only Hancock but one of the nearby Potomac River Dams hoping to make a difference for the southern cause. A more detailed account of Hancock Area history can be found HERE.
