Geocache Description:

When I visited cache 03/03/15, I discovered that the stonewall where I had hidden cache was gone. The cache is now located in a new and safe place without many muglere, so now I hope that it is not destroyed.
Have changed the coordinates and hint

Nordlandsbanen North.

This section is worth the trip up to the north end of the Beach-promenade.

From the far south of Playa de Los Cristianos and north of Playa de las Americas there is a footpath that is largely separate from car traffic with various solid substrates called Beachpromenade.
It is both used ceramic tiles and concrete surfaces, and I think there is also some asphalt too. At a short distance of approx. 30m where there is new road, is the surfaces sand.

I choose to say that the promenade ends at a beach in the north. Of course it is possible to go further, but you need to first go over a beach and continue on the pavement on the streets. Then I think it would be wrong to call it the Beach Promenade.
I've heard different figures given how long Beach Promenade, but my wife and I walked the Beach Promenade today, and my GPS measured distance between the caches Nordlandsbanen South and  Nordlandsbanen North to 10.3 km.

Today I have posted a cache at both ends of the promenade, and the names of the caches I have taken from a road that is located in a small village in northern Norway, where I was born.
Nordlandsbanen runs from Kalvaasen in south to Balsnes in the north.

The box is small, and contains a logbook and two small pencils, but you should take your pen.

In the southern end of the promenade is an unofficial campsite where there always are many campers and caravans, and here in north are some campers too.
