The cache is located on a public walkway behind the East Wall Water Sports Centre were they do sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and rowing. They provide instruction for everyone including work team outings or a group of friends wanting to try something new. Access to the cache is via public footpath that runs along the sea front or to the left of entrance gate to the Sports Centre. There is a lovely view over the bay from here.
The Cache
The cache is a micro container with log and pencil.
As there is no parking for cars on Alfie Byrne Rd or Eastpoint, waypoint provided for public carpark on Clontarf Rd. It's Pay and Display Mon to Friday, 8am to 6pm and free weekends. Clontarf Rd DART station is nearby.
