Big Ragnar: This cache has been in need of care and maintenance for some time and as the owner has not responded to recent logs I am archiving it.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

Geocache Description:

This is a small clip & lock box in a camouflage bag.  It contains a log, pencil and some swaps.

Near Cardigan town, the cache is placed along a short, peaceful riverside walk where lots of birds and other wildlife can be spotted including seals and otters.
The path is tarmac and level and so is perfectly suitable for wheelchairs and buggies but retrieval of the cache will probably require an able bodied person as it in a rather out of the way place.
Stealth may well be needed when you search for the cache as the path is often used by cyclists and dog walkers and be aware that muggles can arrive very unexpectedly from around a nearby corner! *****Congratulations to pottypete on FTF*****
