Old roads and footpaths are fascinating, and there are plenty in and around Bicester to explore. This site is a personal favourite. Based on the state of the signage and pathway it's clearly not very old and yet it goes, well, absolutely nowhere. The more intrepid walker can go a bit further and see the back of the retail outlet, but there's not a lot of point..... Any info on the history of this path in your log files would be great!
Anyway, this cache is placed in recognition of another abandoned throughfare that you may not otherwise know about. You can park nearby at the supermarket, and no need to worries about muggles at GZ as it's really quiet for obvious reasons.
