The 5 gallon bucket was destroyed (see photos), but the replacement cache is still a large tub. Bible Buddies of First Baptist Church, Mulhall have left a list of their verses for you to take. Trade items are examples of what we share each week - things with verses. Please share a verse in the log book for us and on the log you post.
Bible Buddies Ministry involves young kids learning their books of the Bible and a scripture each week. They also do mission projects.
We learn 26 A-Z Bible verses each year. Each week focuses on a letter of the alphabet. We bring something that starts with that letter and a Bible verse to go with it for the treasure chest. At the beginning of evening worship service, we share our "Bible Treasures" and verse then our song at 7 pm on Sundays.
We recycle cans and use the money for various mission projects:Boo-Hoo Breakfast for the parents of Pre-K/K on that first day of school, Trick-or-Treat for Someone Else to Eat Hayride Food Drive for God's Food Bank, Buckets of Hope for Haiti, Witness braceletes for Mr. Tony to take to Haiti on a water well project, and through out the year we purchase memorial Bibles through the Gideons to place Bibles everywhere.
