Podrag Traditional Geocache

EN - At an altitude of 2112 meters, Podragu Mare Lake is located at the beginning of Podragu valley, in a glacial basin. The lake has a length 250 m, a maximum width of 190 m and a maximum water depth of 15.5 m.

RO - Situat la altitudinea de 2112 metri, la obarsia vaii Podragu, intr-un circ glaciar, Lacul Podragu are o lungime de 250 m, o latime maxima de 90 m si adancimea maxima de 15.5 m.

 

EN - Following the trail from the main ridge of Fagaras Mountains to Podragu chalet (red triangle sign) you will find only two sign poles without arrows (with only the red triangle). At half the distance between them you will see at approx. 5 meters above the trail a triangle shaped rock. There you will find the geocache and a splendid view upon the Podragu Lake. You are now at 5 minutes far from Podragu chalet.

 

RO - Pe poteca ce leaga cabana Podragu de creasta muntilor Fagaras (marcaj triunghi rosu) exista doar doi stalpi fara sageti indicatoare (doar cu marcaj triunghi rosu). La jumatatea distantei dintre ei, la 5 m deasupra potecii vei vedea o stanca de forma triunghiulara. Acolo vei gasi geocache-ul si o minunata priveliste a lacului Podragu. Te afli la 5 minute de cabana Podragu.
